Payments may be collected in full or partially in advance, depending on the service.
We use trusted payment gateways like UPI, Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay.
We are not liable for payments made outside the platform.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds are subject to provider policies and platform discretion.
Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

We act as a facilitator between clients and service providers. We are not liable for:

Disputes between users and providers
