At ServiceBook24, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every service you book. However, if something goes wrong, we offer a fair and transparent refund process, as outlined below.
A refund may be granted under the following conditions:
The service provider cancels the appointment.
The service is not delivered as promised or is incomplete due to the provider’s fault.
You cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A technical error caused a duplicate payment.
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
You cancel less than 24 hours before the service time (partial refund may apply).
You fail to attend or respond to the provider (no-show).
Dissatisfaction not related to service quality, such as pricing or delay due to traffic or weather.
Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued if:
The provider started but could not complete the service for valid reasons.
You cancel within 12–24 hours of the scheduled time.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.).
It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
